After that, I was provided a very reasonable quote very quickly; within hours I had the full estimate in my email. David was very friendly and professional. I had no problems getting ahold of him when I had any questions by email, text, or calls. He was very patient with me; I tend to have about a million questions, and it didn't bother him at all. He really took the time to answer everything thoroughly, and was good about updating me and working with me when he had another job take slightly longer than expected. I was provided all the info about license, insurance, etc. before payment, which was good peace of mind. David works fast! He had the job done in no time, it was a surprise and really impressive how quickly it all came together! When he was working there was no wasted or idle time at all. And the cleanup was very thorough, there was nothing out of place when he was finished. There is a warranty on the work too, so I won't have to worry about anything for a long time, which is a great bonus. We are so happy we hired aesthetic improvement to fix our roofing problem. We had two other companies come out and after they were sure they fixed our issues we still had a leak and it eventually damaged our ceilings. They came out and we're very nice, fixed our roof and repaired our ceilings the same day.
